At Dulles Gymnastics Academy, we prioritize creating a positive and respectful environment for all our school-age students. We firmly believe in fostering a culture of respect, kindness, and inclusivity. We encourage our students to treat their peers, coaches, and staff with respect, both inside and outside the gym. We promote the values of teamwork, empathy, and good sportsmanship, emphasizing the importance of supporting and encouraging one another. We believe that by cultivating a respectful and kind atmosphere, we not only enhance the gymnastics experience but also contribute to the personal growth and development of each student. Our policies reflect our commitment to creating a safe and nurturing space where everyone feels valued and appreciated.

To ensure the safety and optimal performance of our gymnasts, we have specific attire requirements at our gymnastics center. For all classes, we strongly recommend wearing a leotard or shorts along with a form-fitting T-shirt. This attire allows for freedom of movement, flexibility, and proper body alignment during various gymnastics routines and exercises.

 Additionally, we require socks to be worn in all trampoline classes as they provide grip and stability while jumping. We understand that attire preferences may vary, and that's why we offer a selection of leotards and shorts for purchase, giving parents the option to choose suitable and comfortable outfits fortheir childrend.

As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, we are pleased to offer one makeup class per month at our gymnastics academy, subject to space and availability. If a class is missed, you can conveniently request a makeup class online or visit our office to schedule one. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise, and we strive to accommodate our students by allowing them to make up a missed class. Please note that makeup class availability is dependent on the availability of spots in other classes. We encourage you to reach out and arrange your makeup class as soon as possible to ensure the best chance of securing a suitable makeup session.

We are delighted to provide month-to-month enrollment options, allowing you the convenience and flexibility to schedule your gymnastics education with us. To ensure smooth transitions and accurate billing, we kindly request written notice of discontinuation by the 15th of the prior month. If notice is not received by the 15th, you will be charged for the upcoming month. We believe in transparency and want to make sure you have all the necessary information to manage your enrollment effectively. Upon logging in to sign up for classes, you will be directed to our parent portal, where you will have access to a comprehensive overview of our policies, including the ones mentioned above. We kindly request that you carefully read through these policies, ensuring a thorough understanding, and provide an electronic signature as acknowledgment and agreement to proceed with enrollment.
